They were never flustered by sudden changes in the design, or by additional work that was beyond their scope. They quickly and professionally integrated subcontracting firms into the project, and made it a point to explain and show how or why certain things needed to be corrected or added to the project to ensure a quality and long-lasting installation. Gold Glo really distinguishes themselves once work begins. Crews were always polite and accommodating, and went about their work with a tenacity and commitment to quality that was a marked difference from other contractors we have worked with. Workers were always friendly, smiling and patient. While there are always inconveniences associated with a project of this scope, Gold Glo tried to minimize these challenges as best they could and at times it was difficult to even notice any disruption whatsoever.
Gold Glo began work on our project in less than perfect weather conditions that became downright dangerous as the project proceeded. Despite working outdoors in conditions that could have easily resulted in frostbite or hypothermia, Gold Glo's workers didn't miss a beat and never once complained. They arrived in early morning to single digit temperatures and worked diligently into the early evening hours, stopping only when darkness prevailed. Once the project was completed they made sure our property was returned to us in near pristine condition. The only thing we had to do was enjoy the finished project!
