Next, we visit your property to walk it together and review how we work. You'll show us around, share your vision and ideas, and we'll collect the site data and measurements that shape an accurate design. A design retainer secures your spot on our design calendar.

Design & Estimate Phase
Back at our office, our designers turn your ideas into concepts you can see. You'll select materials, review 2D and 3D designs of your future space, and receive a detailed proposal that lays out the full scope and pricing.

STEP FOUR
Landscape Agreement
Once you approve the final designs and proposal, we lock in the details. A project down payment reserves your build, and we schedule the work so you know exactly when transformation begins.

Construction Phase
Now the exciting part begins. You'll meet the crew, we'll prep the site, and construction gets underway. Daily check-ins keep you informed as your outdoor space takes shape.

When the build is finished, we walk the project with your crew leader to confirm every detail meets your standard. We don't consider the job done until you're 100% satisfied. After final payment, we'd be grateful for a Google review.
